Il Centrale's cuisine is well rooted in local, regional and national tradition but it also knows how to play with the internationality of flavors and palates to enhance a place which throughout history has been able to make people from all over the world fall in love with it. Piazza Cadorna in Stresa is the gastronomic square of the town. Many of the restaurants and bars are located here but only one, or one in particular, will catch your attention and therefore we offer you the possibility of booking your table online to enjoy the best of our cuisine, but also of our aperitifs and light meals.
